Also, as an approved dealer you can easily see our latest introductions, save items of interest in your Project Folder, and enlarge images for easy printing and find wholesale prices. Dealers who have not been authorized to view the entire online catalog will be able to view some of our work, but just a small sampling of each category.

Can anyone access your website?
As a wholesale manufacturer, we limit sales and website access to trade members only. The trade includes, but is not limited to, members of the following business and/or industries: Interior Design, Wholesale Design Showrooms, Retail Furniture Dealers, Accessory/Gift Stores and Hospitality. What is my Project Folder?
As an approved dealer of the website you have the ability to save items of interest in your own project folder for easy future reference. Your Project Folder can be accessed from the tab at the top or at the bottom right of the webpage once you have logged in. Your selections will be saved until you remove them.

Can I print or save images to share with clients or colleagues?
In addition to the Project Folder, another helpful website feature is the ability to print and save items. You can enlarge the group or individual pictures and print them. Simply click on the image to enlarge, then print using the File menu. The WKA product number and other pertinent information will be included on the printed page. In addition, you can also download images to your computer by first enlarging the image, then right-clicking (control + click for Mac users), then choose Save Image As.

Why are prices posted on the website?
Our wholesale prices are listed on the website so that you, the dealer, are better equipped with the most up-to-date information. The online catalog is a tool designed for assisting with and minimizing time spent looking for artwork.

How do I use the search function?
The quick search function allows you to locate an item using the product number or title. The advanced search function allows you to search with more detail, and searches the entire product description.

Do you accept online orders?
We currently accept orders by fax, phone, or email at customerservice@wkingambler.com. We encourage you to call our main office at 314-965-3252 to speak with a customer service representative. You can also contact the WKA sales representative in your area, or call the main office to be directed to the correct sales representative.

Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is $500.00. Orders under the minimum will be charged an Under Minimum Order fee of $20.00.

How do I know my order was received?
You will receive formal acknowledgement via mail within one working week of placing your order. If you do not receive this acknowledgement, please contact our main office.

Can I change matting or moulding combinations on pictures?
We definitely allow changes to the styling of pictures. If you find an image you like, but want the matting and/or moulding combination from a different picture, please note all numbers associated with both pieces of art and call our main office for pricing information.

Can I order custom mirrors?
Yes. You will find our stock mirror sizes displayed in the mirror category of the online catalog. However, to meet your specific space requirements and needs we custom make mirrors with many standard and hand finished mouldings presented in our line. Please call our main office for options and pricing information.

Do you stock products?
W. King Ambler specializes in higher end, handcrafted decorative fine artwork. We create each picture one at a time. Our staff of skilled craftspeople attends to every detail of each picture ensuring each piece will be custom and unique.

Do you sell your art unframed?
With a significant amount of time and years invested in creating our line of exclusive artwork and in the interest of maintaining the integrity of the line, it is our policy to not sell our artwork unframed. If you would like to custom style artwork, please contact our main office.
